1. Information we collect
When you request a session, we collect your name, email address, selected time, timezone, product link and the context you provide. Mentor applications include a name, email address, X profile, proof-of-work link, area of expertise and proposed session. We may also receive basic technical and security information such as request timestamps and error logs.
2. How we use information
We use this information to review applications, arrange sessions, communicate about bookings, prevent abuse, improve GoShipped and meet legal or payment-compliance requirements. We do not sell personal information.
3. Payments
Payment details are collected directly by the payment processor used at checkout. GoShipped may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency and limited billing information, but does not receive or store complete card numbers or bank credentials.
4. Service providers
We use hosting, database, communications and payment providers to operate GoShipped. They process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own security and privacy obligations. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
5. Retention and security
We retain booking and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain records and comply with law. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your email, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications.
7. Cookies
GoShipped does not currently use advertising cookies. Essential storage or security technologies may be used to operate forms, prevent abuse and maintain the service.
