1. About GoShipped
GoShipped is a product-mentoring service and emerging mentor marketplace operated by Saikat Choudhury in India. It helps developers and founders request focused sessions with experienced builders.
2. Booking and confirmation
Submitting a session request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after the mentor accepts the requested time, payment is completed and confirmation is sent to the email supplied during booking. Session descriptions, duration and pricing are shown before a request is submitted.
3. Payments
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by an independent payment provider. GoShipped does not store complete card or bank details. Applicable taxes, conversion charges or bank fees may be reflected during checkout.
4. Sessions and outcomes
Mentors provide product feedback, practical perspectives and recommendations. Sessions do not guarantee revenue, investment, customer growth or any particular business result. GoShipped does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or regulated professional advice.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate booking information, attend at the confirmed time and share only materials you are authorised to disclose. Do not submit passwords, production credentials, private customer data or confidential information that is not necessary for the session.
6. Mentors
Mentor applications are reviewed manually and may be accepted or declined at GoShipped’s discretion. Applying does not guarantee publication, enquiries or earnings. As additional mentors join, they may act as independent providers responsible for delivering their described sessions.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the materials you bring to a session. GoShipped retains ownership of its website, brand and original content. You may use session recommendations in your product, but may not record, resell or publicly distribute a session without everyone’s prior permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoShipped is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from business decisions made after a session. For a paid session, GoShipped’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that session.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
